This intriguing bit of design is by a defunct brand by the prolific artist / designer Stash. The brand was founded in late 90s (1997/1998?) and then opening the “Recon Shop” in New York, San Francisco and Tokyo (Harajuku).

Embossed Logos, embroidered logos and logo tags.
